CAST
Wes Bentley TV’s “American Horror Story: Hotel,” The Hunger Games
Actors Wes Bentley (Intersteller, Knight of Cups, The Hunger Games, American Beauty) and Jaimie Alexander (London Fields, Thor: The Dark World, Thor) will star in the upcoming psychological thriller BROKEN VOWS.
Written by James Agnew and Sean Keller (Rage), internationally award-winning commercial Belgium director Bram Coppens makes his directorial debut with this first feature film.
The movie is produced by Wendy Benge (Life of Crime, Life After Beth) and Larry Ladove (The Butler, Life of Crime) will serve as Executive Producer. Stonecreek Films will be financing the film. The film is slated to go into production in late June.
BROKEN VOWS tells the story of Patrick Flynn (Bentley), whose charm and charisma masks a profound psychosis. Patrick seduces Tara Bloom (Alexander), instantly becoming infatuated with the beauty. But when Tara rejects Patrick, he is sent spiraling into madness and delusion, erupting into psychotic rage. Tara is forced to find the strength to stop Patrick from destroying her love, her family, and her life.
Bentley first became well-known for his role in the Oscar-winning film AMERICAN BEAUTY. Wes is also known for his role of Seneca Crane in THE HUNGER GAMES and will next appear in INTERSTELLAR directed by Christopher Nolan alongside of Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway. In addition, he will be seen in the Terrence Malick film KNIGHT OF CUPS with Natalie Portman, Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett and Antonio Banderas in addition to WELCOME TO ME alongside James Marsden, Will Ferrell and Tim Robbins.
Alexander will next appear in LONDON FIELDS alongside Johnny Depp, Amber Heard and Billy Bob Thornton. In 2013, Jamie reprised her lead role as ‘Lady Sif’ in Marvel/Disney’s THOR 2: THE DARK WORLD, with the third installment currently being penned. Also in 2013, she starred alongside Arnold Schwarzegger and Johnny Knoxville in Lionsgate’s actioner THE LAST STAND. Jaimie recently attached herself to headline the independent feature Money Is Money alongside fellow up and coming actor Luke Bracey (Point Break) for acclaimed French director Gela Babluani.
“Agnew and Keller did an amazing job creating a new, thrilling spin to the psychological stalker film,” said Wendy Benge, producer. “I love the way they can take a common, traditional genre and turn it into something completely unique. Coppens take on this film will add a dark European sensibility. Alexander’s strong personality and Bentley’s intensity will make for a dynamic suspenseful thriller.”

THE LAST STAND is bringing out the big guns when Arnold Schwarzenegger and Johnny Knoxville EXPLODE on to the big screen in this shoot em up trailer. Director Kim Jee-woon’s action-packed film has it all…escaped fugitives, explosions, car chases. Catch the guys on the big screen, along with Forest Whitaker, Eduardo Noriega, Rodrigo Santoro, Jaimie Alexander, Luis Guzmán, Peter Stormare, Zach Gilford and Genesis Rodriguez, when THE LAST STAND hits theaters nationwide January 18, 2013.
After leaving his LAPD narcotics post following a bungled operation that left him wracked with remorse and regret, Sheriff Ray Owens (Schwarzenegger) moved out of Los Angeles and settled into a life fighting what little crime takes place in sleepy border town Sommerton Junction. But that peaceful existence is shattered when Gabriel Cortez (Eduardo Noriega), the most notorious, wanted drug kingpin in the western hemisphere, makes a deadly yet spectacular escape from an FBI prisoner convoy.
With the help of a fierce band of lawless mercenaries led by the icy Burrell (Peter Stormare), Cortez begins racing towards the US-Mexico border at 250 mph in a specially-outfitted Corvette ZR1 with a hostage in tow. Cortez’ path: straight through Summerton Junction, where the whole of the U.S. law enforcement, including Agent John Bannister (Forest Whitaker) will have their final opportunity to intercept him before the violent fugitive slips across the border forever.
At first reluctant to become involved, and then counted out because of the perceived ineptitude of his small town force, Owens ultimately rallies his team and takes the matter into his own hands, setting the stage for a classic showdown.

Okay, Looks like the fine folks at Marvel and Paramount Studios have released some new photos from the upcoming film. Of course you all know that THORwill be in theaters in May 6, 2011. Course you do! Up above we have a shot of our thunder god (Chris Hemsworth) in a rare peaceful moment with his sneaky half-brother Loki, the god of mischief (Tom Hiddleston). Check your back, Thor! Loki might’ve stuck a “banish me” sign on the back of your red cape! Down below we have the magical armoured destroyer facing down Agent Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) and the forces of S.H.I.E.L.D. somewhere in the New Mexico desert. Hey Coulson, this is not one of Stark’s!
Speaking of banishment, below is a shot of the all-mighty father Odin ( Anthony Hopkins ) using Thor’s hammer to expell him from Asgard.
Tough to tell on this next one. I believe it’s Thor and his fellow warriors about to defend Asgard from the Frost Giants.
Below, it appears that the Destroyer is approaching the sleepy little desert town where Thor has landed.
Is Loki holding a dark magic device that will help him take over all the worlds?
And here’s the majestic guardian of the Rainbow Bridge, Heimdall played by Idris Elba.
And another shot of Loki, no doubt plotting again!
Showdown on main street! Thor marches defends his adopted home against the Destroyer.
A bit of beefcake! Hurling that hammer really bulks a guy up!
A rare quiet moment between Thor and Dr. Jane Foster (Natalie Portman).
If you bump into some giant trolls, better hope she’s got your back. The beautiful swords-woman, Sif (Jaimie Alexander).
Dr. Foster behind the wheel.
Here’s Professor Andrews (Stellan Skarsgard) and Darcy (Kat Dennings) back at the research facility.
