SINISTER 2 is the chilling sequel to the 2012 sleeper hit horror movie. In the aftermath of the shocking events in “Sinister,” the evil spirit of Bughuul continues to spread with frightening intensity. The new story is a scary, suspenseful race against time to save a family from falling prey to the madness, movies, and murder conjured by Bughuul and his foot soldiers, the ghost kids.

9-year-old twins Dylan and Zach Collins (portrayed by real-life brothers Robert and Dartanian Sloan) have been spirited away by their mother Courtney (Shannyn Sossamon of “Wayward Pines”) to a rural house in Illinois.

The home and property are just isolated enough to evade Courtney’s estranged husband Clint (Lea Coco), who has abused her and Dylan. This protective mother is unaware that the house itself is marked for death…

…but Ex-Deputy So & So (James Ransone, reprising his “Sinister” role), now a private investigator, has deduced that the family’s hideout is the next manifestation spot for Bughuul. Determined to avenge the tragedy he was privy to while on the police force, So & So journeys to the rural residence, intending to burn it to the ground and thereby end Bughuul’s chain of death.

Finding Courtney and the twins there, he realizes that they are in danger from Clint and that he must step in to help them before he can implement a plan of attack against Bughuul.

What neither Courtney nor So & So are aware of is how the ghost kids have already been unsettling Dylan with their disturbing “home movies,” each more sinister than the last.

Brit Marling, Sam Worthington And Hailee Steinfeld Star In New Trailer For THE KEEPING ROOM

Called “a feminist western with bite” (Indiewire) and “a beautifully breathless revisionist western” midway between Cold Mountain and Straw Dogs (Little White Lies), anchored in the “bold and fearless” performances (Film School Rejects) delivered by its lead women,” Drafthouse Films has released a new trailer for THE KEEPING ROOM.

In this radically reimagined American Western set towards the end of the Civil War, Southerner Augusta (Brit Marling, Arbitrage, The East) encounters two renegade, drunken soldiers (Sam Worthington, Avatar & Kyle Soller, BBC’s “Poldark”) who are on a mission of pillage and violence. After escaping an attempted assault, Augusta races back to the isolated farmhouse that she shares with her sister Louise (Hailee Steinfeld, True Grit, Pitch Perfect 2) and their female slave Mad (newcomer Muna Otaru.) When the pair of soldiers track Augusta down intent on exacting revenge, the trio of women are forced to take up arms to fend off their assailants, finding ways to resourcefully defend their home––and themselves––as the escalating attacks become more unpredictable and relentless.

Based on Julia Hart’s revered 2012 Black List screenplay, and directed by Academy Award Nominated Daniel Barber (Harry Brown), THE KEEPING ROOM is a tense and uncompromising tale of survival that also shatters both gender and genre conventions.

Drafthouse Films acquired US distribution rights to the movie after its successful world premiere at Toronto International Film Festival in 2014.

JURASSIC WORLD Receiving One-Week IMAX Release Beginning August 28

MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – ROGUE NATION, the fifth film in the blockbuster franchise, has crossed the $300 million milestone at the worldwide box office. The film has earned $118.5 million domestically, with an additional $184.6 million from overseas markets.

Monica Bellucci and Léa Seydoux reveal more about their characters in this latest featurette for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures/Columbia Pictures/EON Productions’ action adventure SPECTRE.

A cryptic message from the past sends James Bond on a rogue mission to Mexico City and eventually Rome, where he meets Lucia Sciarra (Monica Bellucci), the beautiful and forbidden widow of an infamous criminal. Bond infiltrates a secret meeting and uncovers the existence of the sinister organisation known as SPECTRE.

Meanwhile back in London, Max Denbigh (Andrew Scott), the new head of the Centre for National Security, questions Bond’s actions and challenges the relevance of MI6, led by M (Ralph Fiennes). Bond covertly enlists Moneypenny (Naomie Harris) and Q (Ben Whishaw) to help him seek out Madeleine Swann (Léa Seydoux), the daughter of his old nemesis Mr White (Jesper Christensen), who may hold the clue to untangling the web of SPECTRE. Universal Pictures has released the first hilarious trailer for RIDE ALONG 2. Check it out below.

Kevin Hart and Ice Cube lead the returning lineup of RIDE ALONG 2, the sequel to the blockbuster action-comedy that gave us the year’s most popular comedy duo.

Joining Hart and Cube for the next chapter of the series are director Tim Story, as well as Cube’s fellow producers—Will Packer, Matt Alvarez and Larry Brezner—who will produce alongside Cube.

The film also features Ken Jeong, Benjamin Bratt, Olivia Munn, Bruce McGill, Tika Sumpter, and Sherri Shepherd. Composer Christopher Lennertz provides the score.

New Trailer Is Here For TRUMBO – Stars Bryan Cranston, Helen Mirren, Diane Lane And Louis C.K.

Here’s your first look at the new TRUMBO trailer – one of the most anticipated movies of 2015.

The successful career of 1940s screenwriter Dalton Trumbo (Bryan Cranston) comes to a crushing end when he and other Hollywood figures are blacklisted for their political beliefs.

TRUMBO (directed by Jay Roach) tells the story of his fight against the U.S. government and studio bosses in a war over words and freedom, which entangled everyone in Hollywood from Hedda Hopper (Helen Mirren) and John Wayne to Kirk Douglas and Otto Preminger.

Part of the Hollywood Ten, Trumbo won two Academy Awards while blacklisted. With the support of Otto Preminger, Trumbo was credited for his screenplay for the 1960 film EXODUS, adapted from the novel by Leon Uris. Shortly thereafter, Kirk Douglas made public Trumbo’s credit for the screenplay for SPARTACUS (1960), an event which has been cited as the beginning of the end of the blacklist. Trumbo was reinstated in the Writers Guild of America, West, and was credited on all subsequent scripts, including assigning full credit in 2011 for the script of ROMAN HOLIDAY.

TRUMBO opens in theatres on November 6, 2015.
