Official ‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’ Teaser Trailer

If you were one of the 600 million people who went to see ‘Friday the 13th’ this past weekend, chances are you saw the new teaser trailer for ‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’.   If you were one of two people who were snowed in somewhere, worry not.   We got the trailer for you right here, right now.

Check it out:

This is a pretty sweet trailer.   It has the same, foreboding style that the first film’s first trailer had, and I love it.   You can’t not love the underwater shot of the aircraft carrier sinking.   Also, I’m assuming the giant robot with the single wheel is The Fallen.   Very cool!

‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’ comes out on June 24th, and stay tuned.   Later today, we’ll be bringing you a recap and pictures from the Chicago AutoShow/Transformers Exhibit where many of the cars from the film were on display.

Chevy Auto Booth Showcasing ‘Transformers’

That sweet looking car you see above is the new Stingray Corvette Concept, which will be playing the character of Sideswipe in the upcoming ‘Transformer: Revenge of the Fallen’.

In fact, the Chevy booth at the Chicago AutoShow this weekend is going to be devoted to the characters from the film.   Dubbed “Autobots With Bow Ties” (referring to Chevy’s logo), the booth will include the production version of the 2010 Camaro as Bumblebee; the all-electric Volt, bowing in 2011, as Jolt; and small car concepts the Beat (to go into production as the Spark in 2011) and Trax as the twins Skids and Mudflap.

“Chevrolet is thrilled to again be part of one of the most anticipated movies in years,” said Ed Peper, GM North America vice president, Chevrolet. “‘Transformers’ gives us a great opportunity to connect with young people on their terms, with a dynamic, environmentally friendly image. The new characters represent the change going on in Chevy showrooms. From the exciting Camaro, the 21st century sports car, to the game-changing Volt, there’s more than meets the eye at Chevrolet today.”

“‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’ goes way beyond the first film in terms of robot action and excitement,” said LeeAnne Stables, executive vice president of worldwide marketing partnerships at Paramount Pictures, the distributor of the film. “The new AUTOBOTS add to the storytelling, and these Chevy vehicles went with our filmmakers to locations all around the world. GM has again provided incredible support to the production team working on the movie.”

If you’re visiting the autoshow and   happen across the booth   this weekend, shoot us some pics.   Maybe we’ll give you a treat like a cookie or something.

Also, a special thanks to Michelle and Panda Hugger for bringing this to our attention.   You guys rock, but ‘The Dark Knight’ still rules!

First Official Look at ‘Jennifer’s Body’

EW.com brings us the first official shot of Megan Fox acting all possessed and witchy.

Here ya’ go:

It’s not common where a film is better known for its writer than it is for its director, but here is the case.   Diablo Cody jumped right into the horror genre after winning her Oscar for ‘Juno’.   Karyn Kusama (‘Girlfight’ and ‘Aeon Flux’) is pulling directing duties on this horror flick about a possessed cheerleader.

Also, after scanning our site really quick, I noticed we had never put up the film’s official poster, so you’re welcome.

‘Jennifers Body’ gets a release date!

Love ‘er or hate ‘er, I think more than a few of us are anticipating the release of Diablo Cody’s (Juno) newest project, which she wrote and Karyn Kusama (Girlfight, Aeon Flux) is directing. The new horror comedy, starring Megan Fox, is reportedly set to hit theaters on September 18, 2009.

In the film, a gorgeous cheerleader (Fox) is possessed by a demon and starts feeding off the boys in a small Minnesota farming town. Her “plain Jane” best friend must kill her, then escape from a correctional facility to go after the Satan-worshiping rock band responsible for the horrible transformation. — ComingSoon.net

Megan Fox is not ‘Wonder Woman’… or is she?

JoBlo spoke with a rep at WB who said that this picture is a fake, but I have never seen the above photo of Megan Fox without the Wonder Woman costume. Is Megan Fox in on this?

The photo was snagged from http://wonder-who.com and they did the reveal kind of strangely, and not in a way that I think DC or WB would have done things.

Checking out the registry of the domain, it was done by a company in Scottsdale AZ under the name of Domains  by  Proxy, registers on 10/09/2008, and only registered for 1 year. That is what is fishy to me… but what do you guys think?

Megan Fox wants to make an All-NUDE movie …

Yes you read that right… Megan Fox has been quoted as saying that she would love to make an arty all nude movie like they did in the 1930’s. Bring it on… please!

“I would love to do a movie naked – it would be beautiful.
“No one dares make that kind of film today. They did it in the 1930s in an arty way, so why not now?†

Beautiful is one word you could use to describe it, but there would have to be tight security for the all male crowd(and your occasional female) to make sure these guys aren’t “taking care of business” in the theater.

Thanks to Daily Star, and Cinematical for the info..

Michael Bay to Megan Fox … “Just look hot”

“His main note to me is just to look hot, so I try my best.”

Michael Bay is actually just got a new superhero name..its Captain Obvious. Come on man… its not like you are telling her to look smart, that one might be more of a challenge. This, and the sweet imagery is the only reason we are going to be in theaters to see Transformers 2 … err, Revenge of the Fallen.
