Here’s the Trailer For THE TIGER RISING Starring Dennis Quaid and Queen Latifah – In Theaters January 21st

Written and directed by Ray Giarratana, THE TIGER RISING stars an ensemble cast of Christian Convery (“Sweet Tooth”), Madalen Mills (Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Story), Tony Award nominee Sam Trammell (“True Blood”), Katharine McPhee (“Smash”), Golden Globe nominee Dennis Quaid (Far From Heaven) and Academy Award® nominee Queen Latifah (Hairspray) who was as an executive producer on the film.

Katharine McPhee, Kathy Bates, Rob Schneider Comedy YOU MAY NOT KISS THE BRIDE Opens Sept. 21st

Freestyle Digital Media and Hawaii Film Partners Distribution have joined forces to release the new tropical adventure-comedy-romance YOU MAY NOT KISS THE BRIDE, written and directed by Rob Hedden (“Clockstoppers”). The film, which was produced by Rann Watumull, Gina Watumull, David Jackson and Shauna Shapiro Jackson, stars Katharine McPhee (“Smash”), Dave Annable (“Brothers and Sisters”), Rob Schneider (“Grown Ups”), Mena Suvari (“American Beauty”) and Kathy Bates (“Midnight in Paris”). YOU MAY NOT KISS THE BRIDE is slated for a red carpet destination premiere in Honolulu, with its U.S. mainland theatrical release to follow in additional markets including Los Angeles, Chicago and Dallas.

YOU MAY NOT KISS THE BRIDE is a charming tale of adventurous high jinx and budding romance involving an unassuming pet photographer (Annable) who is thrown head first into a series of unforeseeable events when he’s forced to marry a Croatian mobster’s daughter (McPhee) and spend his honeymoon at a secluded Tahitian resort where the bride is kidnapped.

The deal was negotiated by FDM’s CEO Susan Jackson; Mark Borde, Co-President of Freestyle Releasing; and the principals of HFPD, David Jackson, Rann Watumull, Gina Watumull and Shauna Shapiro Jackson.

The film, which was shot on location in Honolulu, Chicago and Los Angeles, has also been licensed in virtually every territory outside the U.S. and boasts an impressive supporting cast including Tia Carrere (“True Lies”), Kevin Dunn (“Luck”), Vinnie Jones (“Kill the Irishman”), Stephen Tobolowsky (“Groundhog Day”) and Ken Davitian (“Borat”).

Shark Night 3D is an upcoming thriller horror movie directed by David R. Ellis (who once brought us Snakes On A Plane). The film is touted as “JAWS” for the 3D generation. The cast includes Sinqua Walls, Chris Carmack, Alyssa Diaz, Joel David Moore, Sara Paxton, Dustin Milligan and Katharine McPhee. The animatronic sharks will be created Walt Conti, who previously created the giant snake in ‘Anaconda’ and the ‘Free Willy’ whales. The movie Shark Night 3D will be released in 2011.

SYNOPSIS:

A sexy summer weekend turns into a blood-soaked nightmare for a group of college students trapped on an island surrounded by voracious underwater predators in Shark Night 3D, a terrifying thrill ride from director David Ellis (The Final Destination, Snakes On a Plane), featuring a red-hot young cast including Sara Paxton (Superhero Movie, Last House on the Left), Dustin Milligan (“90210,” Slither), Chris Carmack (“The O.C.”), Joel David Moore (Avatar), Chris Zylka (The Amazing Spider Man) and Katharine McPhee (The House Bunny). Arriving by boat at her family’s Louisiana lake island cabin, Sara (Sara Paxton) and her friends quickly strip down to their swimsuits for a weekend of fun in the sun. But when star football player Malik (Sinqua Walls) stumbles from the salt-water lake with his arm torn off, the party mood quickly evaporates. Assuming the injury was caused by a freak wake-boarding accident, the group realizes they have to get Malik to a hospital on the other side of the lake, and fast. But as they set out in a tiny speedboat, the college friends discover the lake has been stocked with hundreds of massive, flesh-eating sharks! As they face one grisly death after another, Sara and the others struggle desperately to fend off the sharks, get help and stay alive long enough to reach the safety of dry land.
