Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, Rose Byrne, Chloë Grace Moretz Star In Red Band Trailer For NEIGHBORS 2: SORORITY RISING

Universal Pictures has released a NSFW, red-band trailer for NEIGHBORS 2: SORORITY RISING.

Returning stars Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne are joined by Chloë Grace Moretz for NEIGHBORS 2: SORORITY RISING, the follow-up to 2014’s most popular original comedy. Nicholas Stoller again directs in a film that follows what happens when the will of parenthood goes against the bonds of sisterhood.

Now that Mac (Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Byrne) have a second baby on the way, they are ready to make the final move into adulthood: the suburbs. But just as they thought they’d reclaimed the neighborhood and were safe to sell, they learn that the new occupants next door are a sorority even more out of control than Teddy (Efron) and his brothers ever dreamed of being.

Tired of their school’s sexist, restrictive system, the unorthodox ladies of Kappa Nu have decided to start a house where they can do whatever the hell they want. When Shelby (Moretz) and her sisters, Beth (Kiersey Clemons) and Nora (Beanie Feldstein), find the perfect place just off campus, they won’t let the fact that it’s located on a quiet street stand in their way of parties as epic as the guys throw.

Forced to turn to the one ex-neighbor with the skills to bring down the new Greeks next door, the Radners—alongside best friends Jimmy (Ike Barinholtz) and Paula (Carla Gallo)—bring in charismatic Teddy as their secret weapon. If he can infiltrate the sorority and charm his way through it, the thirtysomethings will shutter the Kappas’ home. But if they think that their neighbors are going down without a fight, they have severely underestimated the power of youthful ingenuity and straight-up crazy.

Seth Rogen’s SAUSAGE PARTY Screens At SXSW – Watch The Red-Band Trailer

On Monday, SXSW audiences had a first look at the upcoming animated film SAUSAGE PARTY. It’s a scream!

Variety’s Joe Leydon writes in his review of the “work-in-progress” movie, “Sony could have a mid-sized late-summer hit on its hands.”

The screenplay is by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Kyle Hunter, and Ariel Shaffir and directed by Conrad Vernon & Greg Tiernan.

SAUSAGE PARTY, the first R-rated CG animated movie, is about one sausage (Seth Rogen) leading a group of supermarket products on a quest to discover the truth about their existence and what really happens when they become chosen to leave the grocery store.

The film features the vocal talents of a who’s who of today’s comedy stars – as well as those who starred alongside Rogen in the hilarious THIS IS THE END – Kristen Wiig, Jonah Hill, Bill Hader, Michael Cera, James Franco, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, Paul Rudd, Nick Kroll, David Krumholtz, Edward Norton, and Salma Hayek.

Here’s a first look at the red-band trailer for Silver Pictures’ upcoming THE NICE GUYS, directed by Shane Black (“Iron Man 3”) and starring Russell Crowe, Ryan Gosling and Kim Basinger.

A total throwback to a 1970’s detective thriller, this preview is NSFW.

THE NICE GUYS takes place in 1970s Los Angeles, when down-on-his-luck private eye Holland March (Gosling) and hired leg-breaker Jackson Healy (Crowe) must work together to solve the case of a missing girl and the seemingly unrelated death of a porn star. During their investigation, they uncover a shocking conspiracy that reaches up to the highest circles of power.

Black directs from an original screenplay he wrote with Anthony Bagarozzi, with Joel Silver (“Non-Stop,” “The Matrix” series, the “Sherlock Holmes” series) producing.

In Freaks of Nature, we welcome you to Dillford, where three days ago, everything was peaceful and business as usual: the vampires were at the top of the social order, the zombies were at the bottom, and the humans were getting along in the middle. But this delicate balance was ripped apart when the alien apocalypse arrived in Dillford and put an end to all the harmony. Now it’s humans vs. vampires vs. zombies in all-out, blood-sucking, brain-eating, vamp-staking mortal combat – and all of them are on the run from the aliens. It is up to three teenagers – one human, one vampire, and one zombie – to team up, figure out how to get rid of the interplanetary visitors, and try to restore order to this “normal” little town.

With the release of VACATION just days away, it’s time to meet the Griswolds in the new red band trailer.

Introducing Rusty & Debbie and their sons Kevin and James, the outrageous trailer contains hilarious new footage and is definitely NSFW.

The Griswolds are at it again. VACATION, starring Ed Helms (“The Hangover” films) and Christina Applegate (the “Anchorman” films), takes the family on the road for another ill-fated adventure.

The film marks Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley’s directorial debut.

Following in his father’s footsteps and hoping for some much-needed family bonding, a grown-up Rusty Griswold (Helms) surprises his wife, Debbie (Applegate), and their two sons with a cross-country trip back to America’s “favorite family fun park,” Walley World.
