Draw Spider-Man and Win Passes To The Advance Screening of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 In St. Louis
Peter Parker by day, Spider-Man by night…Spidey, also known as The Amazing Spider-Man, is one of Marvel’s most beloved superheroes and THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 from Columbia Pictures opens May 2. But Spider-man was drawn long before he was filmed. He was created by writer-editor Stan Lee and writer-artist Steve Ditko and first appeared in the Marvel comic Amazing Fantasy #15 in 1962.
Can you draw Spider-Man?
Do you live in the St. Louis area and want to see THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 at an advance screening?
To draw Spider-Man, start by sketching an outline of a man. You can position the outline in any way you want. Draw two large insect-like eyes. Draw a line just under the knees on both legs to make the outline of the boots. Draw a line on both hands to show the gloves. Draw crossed lines everywhere apart from boots and gloves. Color the boots, gloves, and head red, and the rest should be blue. Doesn’t that sound easy?
Give it a try and you could win passes to an advance screening of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 to be held Wednesday, April 30th at 7pm.
All you have to do is scan your Spider-Man drawing and email (a .jpg image) of it to Tom – email@example.com or Michelle – firstname.lastname@example.org

We’ve always known that Spider-Man’s most important conflict has been within himself: the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibilities of Spider-Man. But in The Amazing Spider-Man 2™, Peter Parker finds that his greatest battle is about to begin.
It’s great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: Oscorp.
Columbia Pictures presents a Marvel Entertainment / Avi Arad / Matt Tolmach production, The Amazing Spider-Man 2™. Starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Jamie Foxx, Dane DeHaan, Campbell Scott, Embeth Davidtz, Colm Feore, with Paul Giamatti and Sally Field. Directed by Marc Webb.
THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 has been rated PG-13 by the Motion Picture Association of America for Sequences of Sci-Fi Action/Violence.
