Raimi and Cruise for ‘Sleeper’ Adaptation

By  |

Warner Bros. is developing a feature film adaptation of DC Comics/Wildstorm’s comic book ‘Sleeper’, originally written by Ed Brubaker. Tom Cruise is reportedly “loosely” attached to star, but the way things have been going lately, this could change at any moment. Sam Raimi, on the other hand, is set to produce the film so long as the  project remains alive. The adaptation of the spin-off comic book is appealing, as it’s spawned from the great series ‘WildC.A.T.S’ that also includes characters from the ‘Gen13’ series. To say the least, if this project actually survives, it should be a big one.
