Starring Emmy Award winner Christine Baranski (“The Good Wife”), the new edition of the hit CBS series, “The Good Wife,” THE GOOD FIGHT: SEASON ONE, arrives on DVD March 13 from CBS Home Entertainment and Paramount Home Media Distribution. From “The Good Wife” creators Robert and Michelle King, fans can own CBS All Access’ critically acclaimed, first original scripted series in a threedisc set featuring deleted and extended scenes, and a gag reel, just in time for the Season Two premiere on March 4. Also starring Cush Jumbo (“The Good Wife”), Rose Leslie (“Game of Thrones”), Delroy Lindo (Point Break), Sarah Steele (“The Good Wife”), Justin Bartha (The Hangover), and Erica Tazel (“Justified”), the “smart and strong” (Entertainment Weekly) debut season picks up one year after the events of the final broadcast episode of “The Good Wife.” THE GOOD FIGHT follows Diane Lockhart (Baranski) as she fights her way back to the top after an enormous financial scam wipes out her savings and simultaneously destroys the reputation of her goddaughter, Maia Rindell (Leslie), a young lawyer. Forced out of Lockhart & Lee, the two women join Lucca Quinn (Jumbo) at one of Chicago’s pre-eminent law firms. Robert and Michelle King serve as showrunners and executive producers of the “excellent series” (NPR’s Fresh Air), which they co-created with Phil Alden Robinson. Robinson also cowrote and executive produced the premiere episode with the Kings.
