It looks like Christian Kane won’t be the only special effect on display at Wizard World Comic Con in St. Louis the weekend of May 22nd – 24th. The multi-Academy Award® winning New Zealand design studio and physical manufacturing facility Weta will show off some of their best work at the  show at its visually striking Exhibitor Booth. Weta Workshop’s body of work includes movies like The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Avatar, District 9, Chappie and many more.

Fans can meet Warren Dion Smith , international multi-award-winning hair and makeup artist at all three shows and have an opportunity to get a pair of Hobbit ears applied by one of the best in the business.

Fans who want to learn more about the makeup and prosthetics craft should also attend the Weta panels where Warren will perform a major Middle-earth makeup transformation on stage while fielding questions from the crowd.

In addition, VIP attendees will receive an exclusive limited edition art print by The Hobbit concept art director and world renowned Tolkien artist John Howe.
