If you’re looking for some animated Halloween fun, then the REGULAR SHOW : FRIGHT PACK DVD is for you.

The FRIGHT PACK is a compilation of scary episodes from the first four seasons of REGULAR SHOW. While not all of the episodes are specifically Halloween themed, they keep the spooky spirit alive by featuring ghosts, zombies, and other fun monsters. “Terror Tales of the Park” and “Terror Tales of the Park II” are certainly the featured episodes on this disc. In this two part episode Mordecai, Rigby, Margaret and Benson tell each other scary stories while on the way to a Halloween party. This is the perfect way to start off the disc.

There are 14 episodes on the disc, which is sure to quench your REGULAR SHOW thirst until the third season is released on DVD. My favorite episode in the pack is “Grave Sights” which pays homage to some of the cult classics, such as ARMY OF DARKNESS and EVIL DEAD… because I’m a lady… who likes horror.

The FRIGHT PACK itself is not that spooky, but it sets the mood for holiday fun, especially for kids. I still found it enjoyable, and rather funny, despite the fear element that one might expect from a FRIGHT PACK.
