V/H/S On Demand August 30th and In Theatres October 5
This movie looks so scary!
If you can’t wait until October 5th to see V/H/S, we have good news! The much-anticipated found-footage horror anthology will be available On Demand starting tomorrow, August 30th.
V/H/S is a POV, found-footage horror film from the perspective of America’s top genre filmmakers. In V/H/S, a group of misfits are hired by an unknown third party to burglarize a desolate house in the countryside and acquire a rare tape. Upon searching the house, the guys are confronted with a dead body, a hub of old televisions and an endless supply of cryptic footage, each video stranger and more inexplicable than the last…
The advance buzz on V/H/S is phenomenal.
Drew McWeeny of HitFix says: “GRADE A – TERRIFYING. One of the scariest movies in recent memory. Loaded with scares that play on a primal nightmare level. The final segment feels like the brakes are off and you’re flying off the mountain into the void. It is a film designed to shake you with abandon, and there is no doubt… I am shaken.”
Richard Whittaker of The Austin Chronicle proclaims: “THIS VHS IS A KEEPER. Each segment shocks in different ways and gets under your skin.”
Even the trailer looks terrifying.
