My favorite horror movie of all time is probably Paranormal Activity because I love how it is filmed like it is done personally by the people who are being haunted which makes it way more believable than if it would have had a more professional film appearence. But before Paranormal Activity came along I would have said The Exorcist!

My favorite horror film is Pumpkinhead. It’s the perfect monster movie, and the special fx are top notch. The atmosphere and setting are truly unsettling, and Lance Henrikson’s performance is unforgettable.

My favorite horror movie is The Ring. I saw it late at night, when I was home alone. It’s the first and only movie that actually got under my skin.

As a side note, the “true story” The Possession is based on happened in Kirksville, MO. Go Bulldogs!

The best scary movie is 1408. It has Samuel L. Jackson and that is always a huge plus in any movie. John Cusak is amazing in a movie in which he is pretty much acting by himself. This movie everytime I watch it, I am fine until he goes to the room and then every flip of the creepy flipping clock just gets worse and worse and I end up watching the movie with my hands over my face. It is scary in a creepy ghost evil room way and also heartbreaking in coming to terms with the loss of someone. This movie is great.

Shaun of The Dead for sure! It was just the perfect mix of horror and comedy. Also Simon Pegg is one of my favorite actors!

My favorite scary movie? There are so many to choose from… but the one that I was amazed by was “The Exorcism of Emily Rose”. It was very good and enchanting. I loved it and my father loved it too. we stayed up till 12:20 at night. Wow. Thank you for reading.

My favorite horror flick is “The Omen” (the original). I first saw it in the theater when I was 12 years old and my uncle took me. He got sick halfway through the movie and I sat there and watched it by myself. To this day, it’s still my favorite.

My favorite horror film is the Exorcist(1973)! Why? Because when I first saw it, it scared the heck out of me when I was eleven years old! And no other horror film has scared me more than the Exorcist has since then! For me, it’s TRULY a horror classic!

There are so many great horror movies and these days it is so hard to find something truly original. For this reason I have to say that the Zombie/humor flick Dead And Breakfast is my favorite horror film because at the time it was made it was original and refreshing with a little humor thrown in for spice.

My favorite horror film is The Evil Dead (1981), there’s a lot of horror films I’ve grown to like and love but The Evil Dead has always stuck with me. The basic atmosphere of the film, the jittery camera, and the slow burn feel to the film. In this cult classic, you can’t just run and hide, there’s no getting away from the entity. I love the feeling of dread, the feeling of no ones going to make it out alive without a long and suspenseful fight. I give a standing ovation to the special affects in this movie, all you see in this day in age is CGI (which I have grown to dislike). All in all The Evil Dead to me was one of the scariest slashers ever made.
PS: I’m really excited to see what there going to do for the remake due out on April 12th, 2013!
