Two more crazy movies from Troma Studios will screen Friday night April 13th at The Way Out Club as part of our fourth monthly TROMA NIGHT AT THE WAY OUT CLUB. We’ve got a great FREE double feature of gore, laughs and insanity from the lunatics at Troma Studios – and this time they’ve given us some Troma posters to give away!

The show begins at 8:30 and admission is FREE !!!! Our line-up this month: BLOODSUCKING FREAKS and TALES FROM THE CRAPPER !

“This isn’t S&M, this is Art!”
Joel M. Reed directed the notorious cult-horror comedy BLLODSUCKING FREAKS, which was the center of impassioned protests by Women Against Pornography. Seamus O’Brien stars as the epicene Sardu, who stages Grand Guignol torture performances at a downtown New York club. What the amazed audiences don’t know is that the performances are real, using kidnapped victims who are kept in cages, mutilated, and later sold into white slavery by Sardu and his cackling dwarf assistant, Ralphus (Luis De Jesus). Sardu finally goes too far when he kidnaps a famous ballerina (Viju Krim) and a noted critic (Niles McMaster) for his demented shows, resulting in a revolt by the “Caged Sexoids.” Reed pours on the gore by the bucket, as a nude victim is turned into a human dartboard, Ralphus gets oral sex from a severed head, Sardu uses human fingers to play backgammon, and a sadistic dentist sucks out a woman’s brain through a straw. The perfect date movie! The fact that the film is intended as a comedy will relieve some and disgust others. Originally filmed in 1976 as THE INCREDIBLE TORTURE SHOW, I saw this at the theater in 1982 under its better-known title. Now is your chance to see it on the big screen when we play it Friday the 13th (of May) at The Way Out Club as part of our 4th monthly Troma Night

“People say bad things about the dark lord, but I say he’s a swell guy. Praise Satan!”
Our second feature will be the 2004 anthology TALES FROM THE CRAPPER starring Lloyd “Mr. Troma” Kauffman as The Crap Keeper. TALES FROM THE CRAPPER was designed from the remains of two films Troma had made. As awesome as Troma is, rather than putting out 2 films they decided to make it one kickass two-parter featuring fat guys, talking penises, lesbian love scenes, vampires, UFOs, and an appearances by porn legend Ron Jeremy. It’s crude, crass, tasteless, idiotic…and utterly hilarious!

ADMISSION IS FREE! The show starts at 8:30pm on Friday the 13th of May so join us for bad films, good films, good people, gory films, Troma trivia with door prizes, lots of cold beer and drinks, and yummy Way Out pizzas available for only $8. Did we mention that ADMISSION IS FREE? See you at The Way Out (2525 Jefferson Avenue in South St. Louis)!

Nice post. I discover something new on different blogs everyday. It will always be stimulating to read content from other writers and practice a little something from their store. I’d like to use some with the content on my blog if you don’t mind. Natually I’ll give you a link on your web blog. Thanks for sharing.
